Texas de Brazil is a family owned and operated business, which opened October 13th, 1998 in Addison, Texas. Since its inception, Texas de Brazil had managed to capture a unique Brazilian concept. Shortly after the opening, Texas de Brazil opened a second location in Dallas. Less than a year later, moving to the flip side of the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, a location in Fort Worth arose. The year 2002 marked the first venture out of the Texas borders and into Memphis, Tennessee. In the same year, the company went international with the establishment of Palm Beach Aruba. In early 2004, Floridians received a taste of Texas; Miami and Orlando both opened doors for business. In 2005, mid-westerners welcomed a new competitor to their area in the western Chicago suburb of Schaumburg. Almost a year later, Texas de Brazil opened their furthest venture west in Denver, followed closely by the opening of Richmond. 2007 saw the opening of Fairfax, VA followed by Miami Beach, located right on the Marina. In 2008, Chicago, Las Vegas and Baton Rouge, LA opened.
